Thank you for supporting Soul Good Merch! Every item in our shop is designed to encourage, inspire, and carry God’s truth into your everyday life. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is fulfilled and shipped.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Each item is made to order—crafted just for you.
This allows us to reduce waste and steward resources wisely.
Typical fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
(Please allow slightly longer during high-volume seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other major holidays.)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to track your package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

You’ll always see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Items that ship free are clearly marked in the listing.
Estimated Delivery Times
After fulfillment (2–5 days), the estimated delivery windows are:

Please note: carriers may experience delays outside our control due to weather, customs, holidays, or regional conditions.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update and begin showing movement.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or flawed, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Please email hello@soulgoodmerch.comwithin 3 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item

A photo of the packaging (if available)

Your order number
We’ll handle the rest and make it right.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered early
Once a package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for replacing the order.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim and guide you through next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

We cannot reroute packages once shipped

Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for free replacement

A new order may be placed at the customer’s expense
We know mistakes happen—contact us right away if you catch the error before your order goes into production.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we cannot cancel or change orders once production begins.
