At Soul Good Merch, every item is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, we do not hold inventory or restock returned items. We want you to love what you receive, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

Size or color preference

Buyer’s remorse

Items that arrive as described but are no longer wanted
However, if there is a problem with your order—such as a defect, misprint, or error—please reach out so we can help resolve it.
Return guidelines:

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed due to a production error, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Email hello@soulgoodmerch.com with:

A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted area

A photo of the full product
-
A photo of the packaging (if available)

Your order number
Once approved, we will submit a reprint request with our production partner.
For U.S. orders:
A replacement item will be issued at no cost to you.
For international orders:
A replacement item will be issued at no cost.
However, international replacement shipping fees may apply depending on carrier rates.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or accidents after delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing:

Check with neighbors or household members

Verify the delivery location

Contact the shipping carrier (usually USPS) and file a missing package claim
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Soul Good Merch is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delivery errors made by the carrier
We are happy to provide any details or documentation needed to support your carrier claim.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Soul Good Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to:

Incorrect addresses

Incomplete addresses

Old addresses stored in your account or browser
If an incorrect address is entered:

We cannot reroute or intercept the package

Replacements cannot be issued once the order has shipped

A new order may be placed at the customer’s expense
